By accessing and using My7Angels.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Seller Accounts and Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate and complete information upon registration. Sellers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the items listed. A predetermined percentage of each sale will be automatically routed to the selected charity.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to pay the listed price for items, including any applicable shipping and handling fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the seller's specific return policy.
4. Prohibited Items
Users may not list or sell items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise violate our community guidelines. My7Angels reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account at our discretion.
5. Modifications to Service
My7Angels reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
